1.Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery via Kakao Channel ‘모비미엔또’. 

2.Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels and packaging intact.

3.Any items showing signs of wear, scent, damage, contamination or alteration are not eligible for exchange or return.

4.Return shipping fees must be paid via bank transfer to the account provided. 

(Do not enclose cash in the package.)

5.After packaging, hand the parcel to a Logen Courier driver as collect. If you wish the return shipping fee to be deducted from your refund, please contact ‘모비미엔또’ in advance.

6.Exchange items will be shipped once the returned product has been received and inspected.

7.Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product has been inspected.
